It would be better to relax yourself and be in a positive mood that you are going there for becoming completely treated or cured.

•Prepare yourself mentally- Mind is such a complex thing that it hinders us to take a step towards any good thing, as we are mostly surrounded by evil things more than good ones. Thus, think that whatever has happened is past and you are going to the rehab to resurrect and clean myself and by doing so, I shall be able to live life more vehemently. Be in a positive frame of mind. In order to so, you can also take things that remind you of good times with family and friends. This shall help you infuse in yourself the much needed self energy to combat with all the rigorous process of rehabilitation.
